Educator Training Programs

Bringing Science into Communities

Via Terra works to connect educators and students to current scientific research and events to enhance experiences and opportunities in the classroom.  We specifically support education at the classroom, school, and district levels to incorporate scientific inquiry and design opportunities.

Program development includes:
  • Training programs for teachers and administrators to develop comprehensive scientific inquiry modules.
  • Program planning facilitation to integrate project-based learning and scientific inquiry with larger curriculum goals.
  • Long-term school training and support systems to build and test inquiry programs.
